We shone a spotlight on the classic notes of berry, pine, citrus, and tropical papaya by getting the most out of both Simcoe and Mosaic hops throughout the brewing process, finishing it off with a hefty dry hop addition. Thus thirst-quenching NW IPA has a refreshing citrusy aroma, crushable body, and exciting punch of fruity flavor, and a clean, dry finish.

We used a blend of Simcoe, Azacca and and El Dorado hops to deliver flavors of melon, pine, papaya and citrus.
The Driving West IPA is a fusion of what we love best about a west coast IPA with a slight innovative twist.
