Alt ROCK-Altbier

We came together to brew this storied, traditional style Altbier at The ColdFire Barrel House with some of our best industry buds, Arable Brewing Company. Our mutual love of the traditional German ales brought this beautiful beer to life. Slightly ruby with soft malty undertones and just a touch of spice from the highest quality European malts and hops make this beer a perfect, any season drinker.

The cloud of foam that rests atop a tall glass of Hefeweizen is the perfect visual preview for the velvety ale beneath. As per our usual standard, we utilized German ingredients to recreate this popular Bavarian-style ale. With notes of banana, bubblegum, and clove, this fermentation-forward beer is soft on the palate with copious amounts of wheat malt and just the subtlest hint of noble hop character.

Kölsch

This German-style Pale Ale was created with all German malts and hops. The subtle aroma has notes of baking bread and pear. The flavor is slightly grainy, with a touch of honey-like sweetness and has a hint of citrus and herbs. The soft malt finish is simultaneously delicate and refreshing. This beer was brewed to celebrate the storied tradition of beer and community. Prost!

cumulus Tropicalus

We love the characteristically unique fruity and tropical flavors that New Zealand hop varietals have to offer, and Nelson Sauvin has a long standing as one of our favorites. Its name is derived from the distinct flavors of Sauvignon Blanc grapes that this hop imparts. This happy hazy IPA is an experience of its own; Full notes of overripe papaya and gooseberry round out the flavor profile with just a touch of resin for balance.

This beer was made to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our friends at Beergarden. Utilizing some of the most compelling American and southern Hemisphere varieties, we created a beer that brings balanced pine and resin notes with loads of tropical citrus.
