Fresh Hop Dinner

There's something special about this time of year. The harvest is in, fresh hops are coming off the fields, and the beers we've been waiting on all year are here. Join us October 12 at The ColdFire Barrel House for a four-course, family-style dinner celebrating the flavors of the harvest season and the beers of the Pacific Northwest. Each course will showcase a different cut and preparation of locally sourced beef, raised on spent grain from the ColdFire brewery, thoughtfully paired with one of four ColdFire beers. The dinner brings the story full circle - grain becomes beer, the brewery's spent grain goes back to the local farm to help feed the cattle, and that beef makes its way back to the table. Along the way, we'll highlight seasonal ingredients, fresh hops and the local farmers and producers who make this community so special.
