Stop by the ColdFire Public House any time from 11:30 am to 9pm starting Monday 6/1 through Thursday 6/4 to enjoy a flight of 4 newly released wild ales. •Cellar Culture is our collaboration with de Garde brewing in Tillamook, OR. •Victoria is our very small batch blend of barrel aged ales fermented with quince and then aged on fresh quince. •Valley Mélange is our barrel-aged blend conditioned on fresh raspberries and blackberries •The Sparrow and the Crow is a unique blend of barrel-aged ales and freshly harvested pinot noir grapes All of these available on one flight with a paired snack to compliment the unique expression of these very special beers.
