Little Brown Owl is our modern interpretation of a classic. Combining elements of both English and American styles, this ale is distinguished by its light, malty roast, and smooth, delicate body. Moderately hopped with aromatic Sabro hops, we pulled out muted notes of coconut, citrus, and pine to pair with the gentle notes of roasted coffee.

This somewhat dry, somewhat resinous IPA does just that. Utilizing a blend of hops that helps to embellish all the finer elements of Simcoe, this IPA has big tropical and citrus flavors but has built in layers of classic hop character.
