Little Brown Owl is our modern interpretation of a classic. Combining elements of both English and American styles, this ale is distinguished by its light, malty roast, and smooth, delicate body. Moderately hopped with aromatic Sabro hops, we pulled out muted notes of coconut, citrus, and pine to pair with the gentle notes of roasted coffee.

Czech Pilsner

This Pilsner has a well-rounded malt character, but finishes crisp and refreshing, and has notes of lemon, spice, and honey. Bohemian floor malted barley and Czech Saaz hops give this beer classic underpinnings inherent in the style. An easy drinking lager.

Golden HouR-golden lager

This export lager was born out of a love for tradition. A slightly higher ABV than a standard pilsner and built with a focus on creating a balance between malt and hops, this beer is exceedingly refreshing and quaffable.

Italian Pilsner

Our Italian style pilsner was created using only the highest quality European malts and hops. This unique lager boasts of floral, peppery, herbal flavors and aromas typical of traditional Western European pilsners/pale lagers; but also has a touch of honeydew, melon rind and tangerine. Conservatively dry hopped with a blend of traditional hops and Nuevo German varieties, the expression of this delicious beverage is balanced and inviting.

Easy Tiger

A clean backdrop of premium German pilsner malt is highlighted with a blend of Lemon Drop, Diamont and Tettnanger Hops to create the thirst-quenching Easy Tiger. Balancing floral, herbal, and peppery undertones with bright notes of citrus pith and grapefruit, this beer has a crisp, clean finish that can be enjoyed on any occasion.
