Czech Pilsner

This Pilsner has a well-rounded malt character, but finishes crisp and refreshing, and has notes of lemon, spice, and honey. Bohemian floor malted barley and Czech Saaz hops give this beer classic underpinnings inherent in the style. An easy drinking lager.

Italian Pilsner

Our Italian style pilsner was created using only the highest quality European malts and hops. This unique lager boasts of floral, peppery, herbal flavors and aromas typical of traditional Western European pilsners/pale lagers; but also has a touch of honeydew, melon rind and tangerine. Conservatively dry hopped with a blend of traditional hops and Nuevo German varieties, the expression of this delicious beverage is balanced and inviting.

Easy Tiger

A clean backdrop of premium German pilsner malt is highlighted with a blend of Lemon Drop, Diamont and Tettnanger Hops to create the thirst-quenching Easy Tiger. Balancing floral, herbal, and peppery undertones with bright notes of citrus pith and grapefruit, this beer has a crisp, clean finish that can be enjoyed on any occasion.

This Modern Pilsner was brewed to showcase nuevo noble hop derivatives. An extra light European and North American pilsner malt grist lays the foundation for the subtle flavors of melon and floral citrus. Hoppped with Alora, Lorien and Manderina Bavaria, this beer showcases the delicate and complex flavor profiles of some compelling hop varieties.

This beer was created to express our love for the diversity that exists within the world of lager. In every sense, the tradition of this beer was respected, through ingredient selection and process. This black lager is sessionable, yet soft and ends with just a touch of intrigue and dark malt complexity. A great everyday drinker through the colder seasons.

Doppelbock

Brewed in collaboration with our friend and prolific beer writer, Denny Conn and the multitalented and much beloved home brewer, Brandt Weaver. This Doppelbock draws outside the lines when it comes to tradition, utilizing a hefty dose of malted Rye; yet maintains the classic underpinnings of the style. Rich, malty, warm bready notes and a touch of spicy intrigue, show that this beer is evidence that innovation and tradition work together in a beautiful way.

A modern take on an old-world classic. We used a classic English yeast and traditional ingredients to evoke all our favorite elements of an ESB, but with a slightly brighter floral and citrusy character. Named for the unrealistic fear of Racoons that plagues our Head Brewer.

This IPA is light and soft, but it’s packed with an extra hoppy round house to the taste buds. Citra is flying high with its infamous sidekick, Simcoe, on a flavor trail that won’t run cold! Notes of grapefruit peel.
