Easy Tiger

Inspired by those idyllic days that we never want to end, Easy Tiger is our solution for a perfect crushable beer to throw back on a sunny day.

A clean backdrop of premium German pilsner malt is highlighted with a blend of Lemon Drop, Diamont and Tettnanger Hops to create the thirst-quenching Easy Tiger. Balancing floral, herbal, and peppery undertones with bright notes of citrus pith and grapefruit, this beer has a crisp, clean finish that can be enjoyed on any occasion.

Easy Tiger represents all the things we love about pilsners; crisp, bright, easy-going, and delicious.

Doppelbock

Brewed in collaboration with our friend and prolific beer writer, Denny Conn and the multitalented and much beloved home brewer, Brandt Weaver. This Doppelbock draws outside the lines when it comes to tradition, utilizing a hefty dose of malted Rye; yet maintains the classic underpinnings of the style. Rich, malty, warm bready notes and a touch of spicy intrigue, show that this beer is evidence that innovation and tradition work together in a beautiful way.

racoon Hatch

A modern take on an old-world classic. We used a classic English yeast and traditional ingredients to evoke all our favorite elements of an ESB, but with a slightly brighter floral and citrusy character. Named for the unrealistic fear of Racoons that plagues our Head Brewer.

cumulus Tropicalus

Fruit forward hop pleasure. A low to balanced bitterness which is true to the style allows for big peach and Tropical candy to assault the nasal passages. A soft rounded malt delivery is bursting with ripe fruits on the tongue. Prepare yourself for a storm of tropical goodness....

Plush Concept

IPA is a diverse group of ales with many presentations. We find ourselves once again looking to cross boundaries to create the best flavor concepts. This somewhat dry, somewhat resinous IPA does just that. Utilizing a blend of hops that helps to embellish all the finer elements of Simcoe, this IPA has big tropical and citrus flavors but has built in layers of classic hop character.

Krushin Pale ale

Our Friends at PLAY came over to help us create this high-flying flavor experience. Brewed with the potent Nectaron hop, Citra and the new HBC 630 experimental, this beer boasts some amazing floral, stone fruit and tropical berry flavors.

Shark biscuit is our rotating; Southern Hemisphere hop experience. Loaded full of some of the most compelling hops from NZ and Australia, this IPA showcases some amazing varietals and our creative balancing of their unique flavors.

Coldbreak

As a part of our 10th year in business we reached out to our friends at Breakside Brewing Co. to help us brew this beer. Armed with laser sharp IPA skills, the Breakside folks helped us create a truly remarkable hop concept that throws down hard in the West Coast IPA arena. Juicy, yet dry, tropical yet resinous, this beer is all the things.
